Do you want to play an important role in transforming how cars are traded in the future? We are looking for a new colleague to join our Swedish team as Regional Sales Manager – Jönköping.

We are the emerging European leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading, with more than 120,000 cars on auction in 2021. AUTOproff was established in 2013 to digitize B2B vehicle trading, helping car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading. 

 Our mission is to make it seamless, secure, and more attractive to trade used cars, and we are looking for motivated and positive colleagues to join us on our journey. 

 

As our new Regional Sales Manager at AUTOproff you will be part of our small but dedicated sales team for the Swedish market, and you have the overall responsibility for our corporate sales within the South Sweden region.

 We have an exciting journey ahead of us and we offer a flexible work environment with great opportunities to influence and shape our organization.

 Your mission will be to develop strategies and plans for our B2B Business and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

 You will report to the Swedish Sales Director and be instrumental for our success in Sweden.

 

 Let's dive into your key responsibilities

·       Through a high presence of potential customers, you will increase awareness of AUTOproff, as the obvious choice when it comes to sales for used cars

·       Optimize our sales and ensure a profitable business

·       Through cooperation and commitment, you will be able to help build the Swedish market and create success

·       Run and own the entire B2B sales process, which includes customer contact, in-sales, and follow-up

 

The need-to-have skills

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on challenges, furthermore you should have:

·       Sales experience from the automotive industry

·       Previously worked in a field sales role, and used to working in a remote/home-based role with extensive travel to customer sites

·       The ability to work independently and proactively

·       Excellent interpersonal- and communication skills

·       Fluent in English as well as Swedish

 

The nice-to-have skills

·       Experience in B2B/Enterprise sales  

·       Good analytical skills, and good with numbers
