myITG Forum Strengthens Supplier–ITG Collaboration
TecAlliance, the leading expert in data management and process optimisation for the automotive aftermarket, successfully concluded the 3rd myITG Forum in Cologne. Parts manufacturers and International Trading Groups (ITGs) explored how a more connected, standardised and digitalised ecosystem can strengthen competitiveness across the automotive aftermarket.
70 participants from leading parts manufacturers and ITGs came together to address the key developments shaping the ecosystem. Discussions focused on the increasing need for standardised data, transparent structures and efficient digital processes, and how the myITG platform is supporting this transformation. Guest speakers from both sides contributed practical insights, reinforcing how collaboration is essential to advancing the automotive aftermarket.
“The myITG Forum showed what is possible when suppliers and ITGs work together with a shared purpose. TecAlliance is committed to providing the neutral platform that helps reduce complexity, streamline workflows and create the conditions for more efficient cooperation. This collective approach is essential for staying competitive in the evolving aftermarket landscape”, said Marco Monsees, Vice President Business Development at TecAlliance.
Digital Processes Improve Operational Efficiency
A central highlight was the introduction of the myITG Reporting Connector, which automates the transformation of sales data into ITG-specific formats and enables seamless, API-ready reporting. Two suppliers presented their real-world implementations of the connector: one using a Power Platform/Power BI environment, the other built on a Python-based solution. Both demonstrated how automated reporting can be deployed quickly, reliably and with significantly reduced internal effort.
The forum also offered deep insights into data provisioning, standardisation and unified identifiers, showing how harmonised member structures, consistent product groups and improved mapping accuracy support cleaner reporting and more efficient collaboration across the TecAlliance ecosystem.
Real Insights from the ITG Community
ITG representatives shared how digital meeting workflows, structured data processes and automated reporting are reshaping daily operations. Their examples highlighted improved transparency, faster decision-making and a marked reduction in non-billable manual work. These insights reinforced the role of myITG as a practical enabler of digital transformation for both suppliers and ITGs.
